As I reflect on my journey as the Principal of Terna Nursing College, I am filled with immense pride, gratitude, and a deep sense of fulfillment. It has been a true honor to lead such an esteemed institution, one that stands as a pillar of excellence in nursing education in Navi Mumbai. With its rich legacy and unwavering commitment to quality, Terna Nursing College has consistently shaped compassionate and skilled healthcare professionals. Being a part of this remarkable journey and upholding its tradition of excellence has been both a privilege and a profoundly rewarding experience.

As Principal, I have the privilege of collaborating with a dedicated and passionate team of faculty and staff who are deeply committed to excellence in nursing education. Together, we have worked tirelessly to cultivate a dynamic learning environment that fosters academic excellence, encourages innovation, and supports holistic personal growth. Our students continually inspire us with their dedication and eagerness to learn, and it is immensely rewarding to witness their transformation into skilled, confident, and compassionate nursing professionals. Dr. Pratibha is an accomplished teacher, researcher, academician, and author with over two decades of rich experience in nursing education and clinical practice. Holding a M.Sc. in Nursing and a Ph.D. in Child Health Nursing, she has further enhanced her expertise through specialized training in Palliative Care, MA Yogashastra and MBA. Throughout her career she has served as a faculty member in reputed nursing institutions and currently leads as Professor-cum-Principal at Terna Nursing College. A prolific contributor to the academic community, she has published numerous research articles in esteemed national and international journals. She also serves as an editorial board member for several reputed journals, reflecting her dedication to advancing nursing knowledge and research. Her core areas of expertise include Child Health Nursing, Adolescent Health, Nursing Education, Research, and Healthcare Management.
