Terna Physiotherapy College, Navi Mumbai, India, is a reputed institution offering Undergraduate, Postgraduate and Doctorate in Physiotherapy. The institution is dedicated to excellence in physiotherapy education, clinical training, and research. The college is affiliated with the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS) and recognized by Maharashtra State OTPT Council. Functioning under the Terna Public Charitable Trust, the institution has consistently contributed to the development of skilled physiotherapy professionals through a balanced integration of academic rigor and clinical exposure.

The college is equipped with advanced laboratories, experienced faculty, and affiliated teaching hospitals that provide comprehensive hands-on clinical training across various specialties, including musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiopulmonary, women’s health physiotherapy, geriatric physiotherapy and industrial physiotherapy. A key strength of the institution is its Research Cell, which plays a pivotal role in fostering a research-oriented academic environment. The Research Cell actively promotes scientific inquiry by organizing workshops on research methodology, biostatistics, and academic writing. This research work is conducted under the guidance and academic support of Terna Physiotherapy College, Navi Mumbai. The study is facilitated by the institutional Research Cell, which provides mentorship, methodological support, and ethical oversight to ensure adherence to scientific and ethical standards. The institution offers an enabling environment for evidence-based research through access to clinical resources, academic expertise, and research infrastructure.

The institute is lead by Dr Medha Vasant Deo (PT). Madam has an experience of 38 years and is associated with Terna Physiotherapy College from its inception. Madam is an approved PG and PhD guide, she has more than 30 publications to her credit. She is on editorial board of few journals, member of board of study and scientific committee.
